    The Role

    This is an opportunity to become a key part of our team by growing our business across a set geographical region, in this case, East Scotland. You'll be managing a team of Sales Account Managers - creating and implementing Personal Development Plans and making sure the team is achieving budgeted margins and revenue targets. You will be leading by example, implementing agreed standards and ways of working. Work together to hit targets and your efforts will not go unnoticed!

    Core responsibilities will include, but not limited, to the following:

    • Responsible for the delivery of the commercial strategy for the region based on territory, competitor, and structural insight to deliver outstanding customer experience.
    • Take ownership of the delivery of the annual regional profit and cash plan through a multi-functional team, with analysis of performance and creation of appropriate action plans.
    • Delivery and management of our own brand / invested brands and agency brands distribution and activation targets.
    • Leadership and development of the region through consistent and thorough application of people development and performance measurement frameworks, optimising the relationship between sales and operations, delivering on our go to market strategy
    • Representing C&C GB at a regional level with customers, suppliers, and trade bodies.
    • Working with the wider business to further develop the target operating model to drive out lean practises and consistent customer experiences
    • Work on cross business initiatives, on multi-functional projects across the C&C business

    About You

    This is a hugely exciting time to join our business and for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate experience mentoring large field sales teams, ideally within the GB drinks industry, along with a proven track record of delivery of profit and growth, budgeting and forecasting.

    We're looking for someone who can evidence their people management skills including developing and coaching skills, coupled with driving the capabilities of mid-large sales teams. Furthermore, strong account management experience and excellent relationship management skills are a must.

    You will ideally have a WSET Advanced qualification, and you must be in possession of a full UK driving licence.
