About the role
We are searching for a Supplier Relationship Manager who will be instrumental in developing and maintaining a close relationship between C&C and Diageo. The role will be an integral point of contact between both businesses to ensure consistent supply of world leading brands to customers throughout GB.
What you'll be doing
Reporting into the Performance Management team, you will work with autonomy to drive the Joint Business Plan and ensure the correct level of commitment across all departments.
You will be responsible for tracking performance and identifying gaps to target, then working with the relevant teams to help them deliver the agreed goals. This will cover the end-to-end supplier and product journey, from forecasting and production planning through to commercial delivery and sales team engagement.
You will be comfortable with complex systems and happy to ask questions to strengthen mutual understanding of both businesses.

First class communication skills is what will make you thrive in this role, previously you will have expereience in working directly with key stakeholders and be competent in customer relationship management. A good understanding of sales and marketing is essential and a background within an FMCG or Beverages company would be advantageous.
