As Business Analyst Manager, you'll be accountable for working throughout the organisation with the business users, the IT Team and our 3rd party systems providers to develop, deliver and maintain industry class systems.
You'll also be responsible for all aspects of managing, supporting and developing a team of Business Analysts within the Technology and Transformation Business Engagement team in order to deliver an outstanding customer focused service.
This includes the line management of all team members, and a continuous development of capability within the team, managing the prioritisation and allocation of work across the team and ensuring applications and systems supported by the function perform, and are available to the user community, to agreed SLA’s and KPI’s.
What you'll be doing
You'll ensure the Business Analyst team deliver a professional, customer focused and high performing support service in line with agreed service scope and service levels.
You'll plan, define, design, coordinate, manage, and contribute to the definition of IT projects through jointly owning project requirements, application functionality, stakeholder management, and user testing.
You'll lead discussions about business change, document and present information, and capture high-level business requirements linked to their related process flows.
Also, you'll understand how requirements impact application design and end-user functionality and work with business partners to develop technological concepts and requirements for new system initiatives.
