    About the Role

As the Project Manager, you will lead the planning and coordination of the programme, defining its scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. You will develop comprehensive programme plans and schedules, ensuring effective project execution and alignment with organizational goals. Engaging with key stakeholders across the organisation is crucial. You will build and maintain strong relationships, gaining buy-in, alignment, and support for programme objectives. Communicating programme updates, milestones, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders will ensure transparency and alignment throughout the organisation.

Resource management is a key aspect of this role. You will manage programme resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to optimize project outcomes and minimize risks. Quality management is also a priority. You will ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to established processes and procedures. Conducting regular quality assurance reviews and audits, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions will maintain project quality and compliance.

Performance measurement and reporting are critical. You will define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress and performance of individual projects and the overall programme. Monitoring project performance against targets, analysing data, and preparing regular reports and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders will provide visibility into programme status and outcomes.

Driving a culture of continuous improvement within the programme is vital. You will identify opportunities for optimisation, innovation, and efficiency gains, solicit feedback from project teams and stakeholders, capture lessons learned, and implement best practices to enhance project delivery capabilities and drive long-term success.
