About the Role
The Marketing Operations Manager (POS Focus) is responsible for driving best-in-class management, innovation, and governance of Point of Sale (POS) materials across the C&C brand portfolio. This role acts as the primary point of contact for all POS-related activities, ensuring streamlined processes, strong supplier partnerships, and effective inventory management. The role champions continuous improvement in POS strategy, compliance, and sustainability while maximising commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
About you
You’ll bring experience in POS management, procurement, or marketing operations, with a proven ability to manage suppliers and spot opportunities to improve processes. You’re organised, commercially minded, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders to keep things running smoothly.
Experience in the food or drinks industry would be an advantage, but it’s not essential. You’ll ideally have a relevant qualification in marketing, business, or supply chain, and have a strong understanding of compliance requirements, including ESG and Portman guidelines. You’re curious, proactive, and keen to develop your skills while making a real impact.
