About the role:
As a Warehouse Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly. Your role includes assigning tasks to our warehouse team, monitoring performance, and making necessary corrections. You'll be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, adhering to procedures for top-notch customer service, and using our in-house systems effectively.
Your duties also involve enforcing Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring the safe operation of equipment, providing comprehensive training to the staff, and overseeing temporary staff training. Maintaining a clean, safe work environment is essential, along with handling administrative tasks promptly and efficiently. You'll also conduct one-on-one meetings, and provide coverage for Warehouse Controllers when required.
About you:
If you have experience in warehouse management and are certified in operating reach and counterbalance equipment, we want to hear from you. You should also be flexible, have a good grasp of health and safety guidelines, and be skilled at training team members. Meeting KPIs is second nature to you. If you possess these qualities, you're the right fit for our team.
