    Purpose of the role

    Within the Procurement team, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and professional individual to fill the position of Procurement Administrator supporting the Indirect Procurement team for the group. This position offers the opportunity to help shape, develop and support a strategic plan that maximises the deliverable savings from key business areas.

    As Procurement Administrator you will work closely with key business stakeholders to ensure you understand their business objectives and priorities. You’ll use your keen organizational skills to maximise reporting through concise record holding.

    Opportunities will arise to develop your negotiating skills within the team  to ensure C&C Group and our subsidiaries get best value for their considerable spend and come up with creative solutions to deliver optimal solutions.

     

    About the role

    In this role, you will support the development and implementation of strategies for key spend categories, while managing the collation and maintenance of important documents such as contracts and leases. You will nurture and develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, and conduct market and category research to guide informed decisions. Additionally, you will contribute to cyclical reporting and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with the organization's Ethical and Sustainable Procurement standards. The role also involves performing any other tasks required to meet the company's strategic objectives.

    You are highly organized, with a proven ability to work independently and take initiative. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, you bring a positive, "can-do" attitude to every task. You are eager to learn new skills and grow within your role, and you excel in engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the business. Confident and efficient, you provide strong support for key business decisions, ensuring successful outcomes.
