About the role
You have experience using the JDE and Red Prairie systems to manage various warehouse tasks, such as preparing and printing paperwork for picking, loading, and shipping manifests. You efficiently confirm load completion and shipping within the Red Prairie system and provide support for warehouse operatives when necessary. Conducting physical inventory checks, managing employee attendance and sickness records, and maintaining detailed spreadsheets are part of your regular duties.
You also handle tasks like coordinating return-to-work interviews, managing agency staff information, and organizing employee meetings. Additionally, you are responsible for raising purchase orders, matching invoices, and ensuring all records are systematically filed and updated. Your role includes assisting with recruitment interviews, supporting shift managers during investigations, and taking minutes during disciplinary or capability meetings.
With your organizational skills, you help keep the warehouse running smoothly by managing administrative tasks and providing support wherever needed.
About you
You have previous experience in similar roles and a solid understanding of warehouse management systems. You're calm under pressure and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively and keep operations running smoothly.
