About the role

Responsible for the development of new liquid products from initial concept to plant approv; leading products to drive the business forward.

What you'll be doing

You'll manage Recipe Development and implementation ensuring key criteria are met including sku and production setup.

You'll manage the continuous improvement of recipe development on site ensuring a proactive approach to meeting customer expectations and driving cost optimisation.

You'll be working with cross functional teams within the business to ensure products can be manufactured efficiently and are fully compliant. Supporting customer queries in relation to recipe and nutrition, including management of customer portals and due diligence testing, and ensuring the NPD process meets customer and accreditation requirements.

• Manage Recipe Development and implementation ensuring key criteria are met including sku and production setup.
• Manage the continuous improvement of recipe development on site ensuring a proactive approach to meeting customer expectations and driving cost optimisation.
• Working with cross functional teams within the business to ensure products can be manufactured efficiently and are fully compliant.
• Supporting customer queries in relation to recipe and nutrition, including management of customer portals..
• Ensuring the NPD process meets customer and accreditation requirements
• Providing Technical support for liquid queries/projects on site
• Preparation of reports following trials and analysis of results
• Support R&D Program for the site
• Carry out Food Safety / HACCP audits as required per Internal Audit Schedule
• Recording of non-conformances, identifying root cause, and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions
• Undertake and manage Quality and Technical projects as required.
• Production and dispatch of high quality samples as required for customers tenders and internal NPD projects.
• Maintain the recipes up to date in the systems
