  • About the Role 

    Team Managers are responsible for the day-to-day activities and leadership of their team.

    The team manager sets targets, implement guidelines and assists with any issues the team may have. A team manager must ensure their team understands the departmental objectives and work together to achieve them. The Team Manager will foster a cohesive, creative and comfortable working environment, providing leadership and team direction where necessary.

    Key Accountabilities 

    • Lead and manage the team into success through achieving departmental KPIs
    • Inspire and motivate the team
    • Responsible for break and annual leave allocation
    • Delivering excellence throughout our customer proposition, focusing on continuous improvement
    • Completing Quality Assessments for your team and subsequent coaching sessions
    • Customer escalations
    • Projects relating to our Service Strategy
    • Managing all HR cases that arise from the team
    • Using our reporting suite to maintain or improve the service provided by the team
    • Lead recruitment when required
    • Accountable for managing productivity within the team, identifying issues and aligning resolutions
    • Be able to work as an operations team with the other managers reporting into the Operations Manager
    • Managing contact centre systems, processes and resources to achieve KPIs and Objectives
    • Collaboration with our depot network, S&OP, Commercial Teams and supporting functions

    About you 

    • Team management
    • Reporting and root cause analysis
    • Coaching
    • Managing HR Cases
    • Proficient in Microsoft Packages (including but not limited to) MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
    • Ability to manage team members remotely if required
