About the role
The Supply Planner will manage the On Time replenishment of a portfolio of products for their Depot. They will be responsible for the delivery of products from suppliers into our warehouse. Replenishment will be based on forecasts and aligned with the recommended order files. They will have full accountability for the Customer Availability KPI and all activities related to the attainment of this KPI. They will play a pivotal role in reducing stock age write offs and managing warehouse capacities at the depot. They will work closely with the Supply Planning Community, Inventory Analyst, Demand Planning and Depot Teams. They will build strong, influential relationships with suppliers, ensuring the best outcome for each transaction. They represent a key link between the Supply Planning Department and the Depot, as both a representative and the primary contact point for On Time for the Depot. They will also represent their Depot’s needs/ asks when participating in meetings with the Supply Chain Team and will implement process improvements for Supply Planning Department within their Depot.

Day to day management of a robust inventory control system for the Clonmel Depot. Ensuring a high standard of inventory control, data accuracy and systems integrity to support depot operation, quality, health and safety and cost service targets. The role will liaise closely and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to help implement a best in class service.
Role Summary
As subject matter expert, or SME, you will possess a deep understanding of being a accounts payable assistant. You will be the first point of contact for all Account Payable Processors within your team. The subject in question can be anything, such as the daily job, process, software solution, historical information, and more. As a subject matter expert, you will have collected your knowledge through your professional experience since being an Accounts Payable Processor. The SME will have a level of understanding regarding their subject that is not common knowledge, making yourself valuable to the team.
Responsible for the processing of invoices and the issuing of payments. You will play an important role in the efficient operation of C&C Group by maintaining financial records and assisting with the overall operation of your organization’s finance department.
1st point of contact for all team queries related to the daily tasks of the role.
About the Role
To support departments in the maximization of equipment uptime through effective maintenance, fault diagnosis and fault rectification on automated plant and equipment across the brewery. This role includes an element of operational duties to increase flexibility across the team.
