Purpose of the role:
The purpose of this role is to assist the Head of Commercial Wholesale and the Supplier Relationship Manager in managing our invested, equity, distribution, and exclusive partners and brands. This support involves a range of activities, including generating reports, coordinating meetings, attending events, and evaluating Joint Business Plans (JBP) and performance metrics.
About the role
In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support for agency, exclusive, equity, and distribution brands. Your responsibilities will include planning trade visits to ensure optimal coverage across our customer footprint, supporting Joint Business Plan (JBP) discussions, and liaising with the Supply Chain team to manage stock levels. You will handle sales force requests and queries, assist with ad hoc invoicing and purchase orders, and manage POS levels and ordering for agency brands.
Additional duties involve coordinating with the events team, generating customer sales reports, preparing reports and presentations for supplier meetings, and supporting digital marketing teams with brand presentation on various platforms. You will also arrange samples for tasting events, manage product content and images in collaboration with suppliers, and participate in ad hoc projects as needed to meet business requirements.
