    About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing relationships with primary third-party suppliers, including haulage providers. Your duties will involve booking and overseeing transport services, particularly for keg and finished goods movements associated with Wellpark production into the TCB logistics network. This includes the return of empty kegs from customers and depots, as well as stock movements into TNI and Clonmel. You will also manage transport for TCB inter-depot transfers and inbound movements from external suppliers.

A key part of your role will be maximizing vehicle load efficiency and ensuring on-time, in-full delivery (OTIF) performance aligns with targets. You will support and occasionally cover the coordination of deliveries to primary customers, focusing on cost-effective logistics and identifying opportunities for savings. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing weekly and monthly reports on these operations.

Collaboration with other departments across the supply chain is essential to ensure that all primary transport movements align with the company's objectives, including Health & Safety, Quality, Service, Sustainability, and Cost

    About you

You have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with a successful track record in similar roles, particularly within fast-paced and complex distribution environments. Your experience is further enhanced by your work in the FMCG sector, where you have developed strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. While a Certificate of Professional Competency is desirable, your proven ability to analyze and solve problems, coupled with your initiative and effective workload prioritization, sets you apart.

Your excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with your interpersonal abilities, enable you to interact effectively at all levels. You are highly results-focused and have consistently demonstrated your ability to deliver success, even when working under tight and challenging deadlines.
