About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Partner to work closely with our Chief Marketing Officer and marketing leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive financial planning and analysis for our brand marketing initiatives, including the preparation of detailed brand profit and loss statements (P&Ls), tracking key brand performance metrics, and managing the budgeting and spending across the broader marketing teams.
You will provide valuable financial insights and support to drive brand growth, collaborate on new brand initiatives, and offer strategic challenges to enhance decision-making. Additionally, you will implement process improvements to align working methods across our marketing teams in Great Britain and Ireland, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Your duties will also include conducting financial modelling for new brand initiatives, preparing one-year and three-year forecasts, and optimizing the brand dispense model to maximize profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proven experience in financial planning within a marketing context, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
