  • Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for driving transformational change? Join C&C and lead our ambitious programme to rebuild our data and reporting landscape. In this dynamic role, you will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.

    About the Role

    As a Project Manager at C&C, you will be at the forefront of our transformation journey, championing strict business-wide governance and processes. Your leadership capabilities and project management expertise will be crucial in coordinating a programme of projects that support our five pillars of strategic change activity. You'll manage interdependencies, risks, and issues across the business, ensuring successful outcomes.

    Your key responsibilities will include leading the planning and coordination of individual projects, from defining scope and objectives to developing comprehensive plans and schedules. You will manage all project phases, coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and addressing risks to ensure timely and successful delivery.

    Engaging with key stakeholders across the organisation, you'll build strong relationships to gain buy-in and support for the programme. Your effective communication will keep stakeholders informed and aligned with programme updates, milestones, and outcomes.

    Resource management is critical to optimise project outcomes. You'll efficiently allocate and monitor resources, addressing constraints proactively. Risk management is another vital aspect of the role; you'll identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution to minimise project delays.

    Maintaining high-quality standards is essential, and you'll conduct regular quality assurance reviews and audits. Performance measurement and reporting are also key; you'll define KPIs and metrics, monitor progress, and prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership.

    Driving continuous improvement, you'll identify optimisation opportunities, solicit feedback, and implement best practices to enhance project delivery capabilities.

     

    About You

    To be successful, you'll need proven experience managing programmes of individual projects, particularly in implementing record to report value chains. A strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders.

    Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Monday.com is a must, along with an analytical mindset to make data-driven decisions. Strong organisational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are also crucial.
