In this pivotal role, you will manage multiple projects concurrently across all value chains and functions, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.

    About the Role

As the Project Manager, you will lead the planning and coordination of the programme, defining its scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. You will develop comprehensive programme plans and schedules, ensuring effective project execution and alignment with organizational goals. Managing individual projects within the programme, you will oversee project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring successful delivery by coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and managing risks and issues.

Engaging with key stakeholders across the organisation is crucial. You will build and maintain strong relationships, gaining buy-in, alignment, and support for programme objectives. Communicating programme updates, milestones, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders will ensure transparency and alignment throughout the organisation.

Resource management is a key aspect of this role. You will manage programme resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to optimize project outcomes and minimize risks. Efficient allocation of resources, monitoring utilisation, and proactively addressing constraints or dependencies will ensure successful project delivery within budgetary constraints.

Risk management is essential to the success of the programme. You will identify potential risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies proactively. Monitoring programme risks and issues, implementing risk mitigation plans, and escalating issues as necessary will ensure timely resolution and minimise project delays.

Quality management is also a priority. You will ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to established processes and procedures. Conducting regular quality assurance reviews and audits, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions will maintain project quality and compliance.

Performance measurement and reporting are critical. You will define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress and performance of individual projects and the overall programme. Monitoring project performance against targets, analysing data, and preparing regular reports and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders will provide visibility into programme status and outcomes.

Driving a culture of continuous improvement within the programme is vital. You will identify opportunities for optimisation, innovation, and efficiency gains, solicit feedback from project teams and stakeholders, capture lessons learned, and implement best practices to enhance project delivery capabilities and drive long-term success.

You will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Monday.com) is required.

An analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions, strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively, and adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are all critical to this role.

Joining C&C as a Project Manager offers a unique opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the success of transformational initiatives within the business. If you are a proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for driving change and delivering results, we invite you to apply and contribute to our dynamic team.
