About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join us for a 6 Month Fixed-Term-Contract, operating on a Hybrid basis out of our Dublin site.
Within this FTC you’ll partner with the Management Team of your client group to understand the operation and goals of their business areas whilst scoping a commercially focused people plan. By combining this insight with your own expertise, you’ll tackle an exciting range of challenges including development and implementation of the people plan, advising on employee matters in line with legislation and internal processes, providing advice and guidance and where appropriate, talent management and succession planning and more. With your help, we’ll create a high-performing team.
In addition you’ll drive programmes and initiatives whilst collaborating with colleagues across Group HR. You’ll have the opportunity to assist with projects which focus on encouraging a change culture, managing high and poor performance and DE&I initiatives.
Your previous role(s) as a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor will enable you to bring a strong generalist range of experience with particular strength within Performance Management. You’ll have an ability to mix commercial insight with HR professionalism to deliver successful people plans.
You’ll need exceptional coaching and influencing skills that you can adapt to suit different stakeholders. Above all, we’ll need you to be resilient and organised in your approach.
