As the UK’s biggest drinks supplier, our depot warehouses are incredibly busy places - which is why we need an outstanding Warehouse Team Leader to keep them running smoothly. Inspire our people to perform at their best and there’ll be some great rewards and opportunities.
From March 2024, the depot will be relocating from Park Royal Depot to TW5 (Heston) area with effect from this month therefore, please consider your commute to and from this location when applying for the role.
About the role
As the Warehouse Team Lead you'll ensure the smooth management of the warehouse operation during the Late shift, with responsibility for the delivery of cost, service, compliance, people KPIs – in line with company and legal standards and requirements.
You'll ensure that all the warehouse orders are prepared accurately and efficiently so they are ready to go out to customers first thing the next day.

About You
You'll have experience in a management role within a fast moving and changing work environment such as FMCG or logistics. Your management style will be to lead by example and can motivate, coach, and develop team members. You'll have the ability to manage targets and KPI’s, whilst multi-tasking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
