About the role
As the Warehouse Team Lead you'll ensure the smooth management of the warehouse operation during the day shift, with responsibility for the delivery of cost, service, compliance, people KPIs – in line with company and legal standards and requirements.
You'll have responsibility for the warehouse day shift with a support and deputy role for Warehouse Shift Manager as required.

About You
You'll have experience in a management role within a fast moving and changing work environment such as FMCG or logistics. Your management style will be to lead by example and can motivate, coach, and develop team members. You'll have the ability to manage targets and KPI’s, whilst multi-tasking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
