We're looking for a Quality Assurance Audit Specialist to join our Wellpark Brewery in Glasgow on a 12 Month Fixed-Term-Contract.
About the Role
As the QA Audit Specialist you'll manage all Internal Quality and Food Safety Audits across the Wellpark site. You'll be responsible for planning, managing and leading the Internal Audit Schedule across Food Safety and HACCP standards. You'll maintain the records of non-conformance in order to identify root cause and implement Corrective and Preventative actions. You'll also assist with the investigation of complaints and subsequent analysing of information in order to compile reports.
In addition you'll assist with the maintenance and development of BRC, FEMAS and other relevant quality standards. Working closely with Contract Packaging and Own Brand companies, you'll ensure requirements are clearly understood across the sit and compile/communicate Contract Packaging / Own Brand required Quality Reports.
You'll provide support to the Group's Incident Management Team Process and undertake Quality and Technical projects.
About You:
You'll need to be able to demonstrate experience of leading Internal Quality Audits within a food, drinks, pharmaceutical or other relevant highly-regulated industries. A Lead Auditor qualification is desirable but not at all essential for suitability.
You'll possess good working knowledge of HACCP and Quality systems, ideally with some exposure to QMS systems.
In addition to managing Internal Quality Audits you'll have experience of subsequent data collection and report writing. You'll have the ability to direct and influence people through your excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
