We're looking for a Health & Safety Business Partner in Scotland to join the business on a Permanent basis. Reporting into our Risk & Compliance Manager, this role is offered as a Field based role with a blend of home working, site visits and regular travel to our Cambuslang Depot in Glasgow (circa 2 days per week).
About the Role
You'll support our Scottish distribution sites/offices with the operational delivery of the C&C Plc strategy for Health & Safety and Business Continuity.
You'll provide tools and training material/courses to enable the effective implementation of Group policies, standards and processes to ensure compliance with both internal and external requirements. In addition you'll conduct Risk Assessments and control testing to determine the effectiveness of internal controls and subsequently collaborate with stakeholders to provide internal training to reduce future non-conformities.,
You'll consolidate, interpret and analyse management reports, communicating key monthly and quarterly performance metrics to the business.
You'll possess previous experience in a similar HSE role within the Logistics or Distribution industry with a NEBOSH qualification (Diploma level or equivalent). You'll be able to demonstrate experience of implementing a Management System in a previous role (this can be for Quality, Health & Safety or Environmental standards).
You'll be a strong influencer and able to articulate technical requirements to non-technical audiences, whilst also being able to communicate monthly metrics to key stakeholders within the business.
