Matthew Clark is part of C&C Group plc who is a premium drinks company which owns, manufactures, markets and distributes a unique portfolio of beer and cider brands in its home markets and across the globe. You probably know us best from brands like Bulmers, Magners and Tennent’s.
We are looking for someone to start in the role on a Fixed-Term-Contract for 12 Months, based from our beautiful Bristol Office in the Pavillions.
About the role
As a Customer Services Executive you will be an integral part of the Customer Service team, with a customer-focused attitude and strong communication style. As the main contact for all Customer enquiries and issues, you’ll have the ability to quickly identify a solution and implement the action required to reach a resolution.
You’ll also be responsible for capturing customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilising various methods, as well as being an effective support function for the Sales Teams, able to deal with all levels of customers including high profile, high value or specialist accounts..
Above all else, you will provide an informed, professional and appropriate response to internal and external enquiries.

This position is based at our brand new office in the Pavilions which has a Canteen, Shop and Coffee shop. In addition you'll be able to join the onsite 24/7 gym for £15 per month, with a range of classes available to book! There is onsite parking available, or you can catch the A1 bus for a discounted rate of £1.50 each way.
About You
You'll be an accurate individual with great communication skills, ideally gained from a customer-facing role previously. We welcome applications from individuals looking to gain their first experience in a Customer facing role within an office environment.
You'll be able to commit to a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract on a full time basis from our Bristol office.
