We’re looking for a Customer Experience Agent to join our team based in Culcavy on a Hybrid basis (approximately 2 days per week in the office once training is completed).
About the role
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers by answering inbound calls, emails and web chats. Priding yourself on providing excellent customer service, you’ll endeavour to resolve as many queries personally and take ownership of cases requiring further investigation until their resolution.
You’ll complete the administrative tasks required for processing customer orders and internal orders; investigating customer queries and handling complaints. You’ll support the movement of stock for customer events and work closely with colleagues and peers to build strong relationships in the business.
About you
You’ll be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, ideally with prior working experience gained from a people-facing role. We welcome applications from individuals looking to begin their career in Customer Experience, in addition to skilled Customer Service professionals looking for a new challenge.
You’ll need to be comfortable utilising Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook) in addition to skilled at communicating with customers via the phone and in writing.
