About the Role

Lead the introduction and management of new packaging and amendments to existing packaging materials and components in accordance with the business strategy.  This role will provide support for various New Product Development initiatives, along with the development & launches of new SKU's, the design-to-print process.

Key Accountabilities 

• Serves as the technical owner in the creation and maintenance of packaging specification across all phases of development.
• Ensure all new packaging has the right technical specification to meet consumer needs and ongoing development of the businesses packaging sustainability strategy to find better ways to reduce the environmental packaging footprint.
• Provide comprehensive specifications for all new packaging components and supports the technical packaging specification management system.

About you 

• Excellent team player with an enthusiasm to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate/influence key stakeholders both internally & externally
• Degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Project management experience.
