About the Role
In this newly created role, you will be the lead for our HR Systems and Insights. You will manage day to day usage, user access, upgrades and maintenance of HR systems and interfaces.
Collaboration is key as you will work in partnership with Group IT Applications Support and Infrastructure Support teams. You will develop reporting and insights capability to enable HR and the business to make informed strategic and operational people management decisions and value realisation.
You will oversee HR Data Analysts to ensure the integrity of data by conducting regular in-system data audits and cleansing. Report on areas of controls weakness or user non-compliance.
Great communication skills are key in this role as you will work closely with HR stakeholders to help shape and deliver the HR Technology Roadmap, defining priorities and agreed timelines for systems upgrades and development, including new system implementation.
In this broad and varied role, you will oversee and coordinate testing of all upgrades and initiatives before go live to ensure smooth transitions and project launches. We need someone switched on with what’s going on in the market as you will need to keep abreast of provider specific and functional system developments to derive maximum benefit from technology investments.
3rd party management will also be an important part as you will need to conduct regular account reviews with third party providers to ensure we get the most out of the systems and gain support from them where required.
People management skills will also play an important part in our role as you will line manage and provide development support for HR Data Analysts.
About you
You will have a strong background in HR Systems and Data ideally with some people management experience.
Ideally you will be a strong communicator who can build relationships with stakeholders internally across the business and externally with partners and 3rd party suppliers.
Experience of developing reporting and insights capability within a HR function would be desirable.
You will be a great collaborator partnering with colleagues in our Group IT Applications Support and Infrastructure Support teams.
