  • About the role

    This is a specialist Benefits role where you will shape the design, implementation and execution of benefit programmed and policies.   You will play an important role in supporting the development of modifications to benefits programs to meet the organisation objectives and needs.  

    You will contribute to the design of and deliver employee benefit programs including providing financial, market analysis and insights. 

    An analytical mindset is key as you will provide insight on external trends and analysis relative to the business and where possible you will draft elements of the technical design.  You will also develop and generate MI and be a subject matter expert input into reports/papers.  

    Stakeholder management and collaboration are a massive part of the role so being a strong communicator who can engage, advise, and educate colleagues in relation to the various reward elements will be important when trying to drive engagement and improve understanding of total reward across the business.  

    Additional tasks include supporting in the implementation of the company's policy around pension delivery across the Group and supporting in the delivery and administration of the company's suite of share plans.  

    About you

    You will have strong business insight, be able to apply your knowledge of the business and the marketplace to advance the business goals including monitoring business news and market changes for impact so you can use this to shape any decisions. 

    Being a strong communicator who can develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences will be vital in this role. 

    As a seasoned benefits professional you will be able to make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.  

    You will have strong financial acumen with the ability to Interpret and apply key financial indicators to make better business decisions.  You will make good and timely decisions that keep the business moving forward. as well as previous experience in administering share plans and pensions.
