    We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our busy team. 

    About the Role

    As Payroll Administrator, you’ll assist with the delivery of payroll for the C&C Group in Scotland and Ireland. This includes payroll review and submission to our 3rd party payroll providers prior to deadline as well as using (and updating) information on payroll records and P11D data tracker while assisting the wider HR team with queries.

    You'll have a high level of accuracy and be able to handle data with the utmost sensitivity, whilst maintaining confidentiality.

    What you'll do

    You will play an important part in our payroll team supporting activities including the delivery of payroll alongside a 3rd party provider.  Collaboration is important as you will liaise with the HR team to ensure all payroll changes are accurate and captured.

    Communication is a key part of the role as you will be first point of contact for payroll and pay queries.  Our payroll administrators need to have great attention to detail as they update and maintain accurate information on the employee payroll records, whilst adhering to strict confidentially and GDPR.

    About you

    You will be client focused on your attitude to work and be able to adapt your communication so you can communicate directly with different businesses.

    Other important skills you will have will include being Numerically and IT literate, particularly in use of Excel spreadsheets.  Ideally you will have intermediate or above Microsoft Excel skills.

    You will be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders of differing levels across multiple locations.  You will also have a strong attention to detail and be a real team player.

    Experience of payroll within the Irish Market would be advantageous.
