Job Advert Description :

Job Role 
• Responsible for managing ingredient supply to meet the delivery of efficient supply plans and agreed MOQ, whilst focusing on the limitation of any ingredient write off.
• Responsible for the planning and publishing of a tanker loading schedule that details outgoing bulk liquid supply and incoming bulk liquid, to meet packaging plans. 

Key Accountabilities 
• Updating and maintaining master data on an MRP Sheet to manage the ingredient supply process.
• Placing and tracking and expediting orders to ensure delivery of ingredients on time for liquid make up.
• Monitoring shelf life on ingredients to ensure maximum usage (delaying or cancelling orders if needed to maximise BBD, where possible)
• Monitoring supply and production plans to forecast, order and plan incoming tankers.
• Scheduling the arrival of tankers on time to meet the packaging plan.
• Effectively communicate any changes to the tanker plan, to all relevant parties.
 
About you 
• Third level qualification in a relevant discipline preferred
• APICS or equivalent relevant professional qualification beneficial but not essential.
• Excel experience is essential.
• Experience and knowledge of IT systems used for holistic planning processes is essential.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a structured and systematic manner delivering to business targets and timelines
