  • About the role

    C&C Group is looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to set the revenue growth management 5 year, 3 year and 1 year strategy for the business. You’ll research and analyse relevant categories and competitors to understand performance and drive decision-making.

    You’ll recommend pack, price, promotional changes including launch of new packs and brands. By working with the Sales and Finance team, you’ll create a vision, set targets, budgets and forecasts, review performance and recommend corrective actions.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Developing short term and long term plans to increase market share and Net Revenue per Litre.
    • Ensuring that the correct data and research is used to drive commercial decision-making.
    • Recommending packs for the right occasions to maximise share and margins.
    • Assessing best pricing for new packs and annual price increases including assessment of price elasticity
    • Recommending optimal distribution of high margin/high volume skus and store positioning.

    About you

    • You have a business or mathematics background with a Degree or equivalent qualification in the relevant subject.
    • You have previous experience revenue growth management experience in FMCG sector.
    • You have experience business partnering with sales team and finance team in the past.
    • You have strong commercial awareness and business understanding with interpersonal skills.
