We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 6-month Fixed Term Contract to support the business in attracting, engaging, hiring, and inspiring the diverse talent we need to succeed as a business. You will be focused on supporting our Customer Service and Logistics teams making sure the best hiring processes are in place so that our managers can deliver an exceptional candidate experience, every time. This role is all about pace, helping candidates find the best jobs, problem solving and maximising the candidate experience.
This role will suit somebody who is organised, dependable and customer centric and looking to gain experience in Talent Acquisition. You will thrive in a busy environment where each day will be different to the last. You will join a talented Team that fosters an inclusive and collaborative culture.
This is a UK remote based role with travel to all our Depots across the UK and Contact Centres in both Bristol and Glasgow when required. It is important that you see the value in meeting your stakeholders face to face.
About the role
Working closely with both the Depot Management and the Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for supporting an efficient recruitment process.
As mentioned above, in order to fully engage with the teams, and really get to understand the business function, travelling across the UK to visit our depots will be required
