About the role
Working closely with Depot management and the Talent Acquisition Team you will be responsible with supporting an efficient recruitment process; this will include helping set up requisitions with managers, scheduling interviews as well as developing and maintaining candidate pipelines.
Building effective working relationships with key stakeholders is imperative for the role. You will be required to follow up with hiring managers to ensure candidates are receiving feedback in a timely manner as well as ensuring the ATS is kept up to date for accurate reporting and audit purposes. Providing a customer-focused service to candidates and hiring managers is key for the role to have a successful impact on the business.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual who thrives in a busy and fast-moving work environment. Strong verbal communication skills are an imperative quality for the role, along with the ability to influence key stakeholders, whilst building effective working relationships to help the business achieve its objectives... You will have experience of working with IT Systems and Excel. This role brings with it lots of different challenges and tasks, so you’ll have a can-do attitude and be comfortable working unsupervised, whilst being organised with strong administration skills
