Matthew Clark is an award winning drinks supplier, offering our customers an unrivalled product range with more than 4,000 drinks, including over 1,300 wines. We strive to be the trusted partner of our nationwide customer base of hotels, restaurants, bars, pubs and clubs.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage a team of 4 staff
• Recruit and provide appropriate training of staff
• Conducting 1 to 1's and allocating workloads to team
• Resolving escalated queries from the team
• Make decisions on priorities where necessary
• Build excellent stakeholder relationships with all internal customers and suppliers
• Ensure reconciliations and payments are done timely and correctly by the team for all Beer, spirits and soft drinks suppliers

About You

• Accounts payable experience gained within a multi-site organisation
• Deep understanding of the reconciliation process
• Detailed JD Edwards knowledge and skills
• Full clean driving licence required
