  • About the role

    At C&C we are looking for a Cask Coordinator to join us on a 1-year fixed term basis as we look to expand our cask offering working across the full portfolio whilst working closely with our main strategic partner in cask.

    The focus areas will be across the UK with the aim to develop and manage C&C’s cask offering and distribution within our current supply base and expand into new business.

    The roles main focus will be on three key elements:

    • Outlets that used to buy cask from C&C but no longer do
    • Outlets that buy all other categories from C&C apart from Cask
    • Outlets that buy cask sporadically

     

    What you’ll do

    A focus of the role will be to develop a Cask offering for current and new customer base through outbound calls, whilst identifying opportunities and selling in Cask/ Craft products for our key strategic partners. Whilst confidently hitting monthly KPI’s, an essential part of the role will be to develop and build relationships with Cask customers in the market.

    Alongside this the role entails working closely with the depot network to manage stock levels, product maintenance and orders whilst working with the sales team to launch new products and supporting the sales journey.

    We are seeking a clear communicator who has commercial experience. Someone who is excited and passionate about achieving success and growth. Having clear negotiation experience and relationship management skills would be extremely advantageous for the role.
