    Brand Insights Manager 

    12 month FTC  



    About the role 

    Based within the Brand Marketing Function at the C&C Group, you will report directly to the GB Marketing Director. The function is responsible for building a portfolio of seriously tasty beer and cider brands including brand powerhouses Tennents and Magners Irish Cider. This role is absolutely key in defining our step by step approach to building our brands and plays a critical role in the decision making required to convert insight into commercial action across the C&C Group.   

    As a part of the brand marketing team, you will unearth fresh perspectives across our branded portfolio which along with our fabric brands Magners Cider and Tennent’s Lager include a fresh stable of quickly developing premium brands, including Menabrea, Heverlee, Drygate, and Orchard Pig.   

    You will work with internal stakeholders across the business, 3rd party suppliers and C&C’s in-house insight and research agency to ensure we have the consumer insight to bring us competitive advantage in the market place.   

    As Insight Manager, you will be responsible for owning insight inputs into brand planning cycles, ongoing and bespoke research projects, as well as supporting the marketing teams to maximise it’s go-to-market opportunities and win with the consumer.  


    About you 

    Our ideal candidate will have experience in consumer, shopper and category insight, be a highly skilled communicator and have an ability to turn the WHAT? into the ‘SO WHAT? into the WHATS NEXT? for our business.  An ability to embed insight into brand strategy, ensuring that the voice of the consumer and the customer are at the heart of marketing choices, commercial plans and distribution strategies is what will deliver success in this exciting role.
