  • Tennent’s NI is part of C&C Group plc, which is a large FMCG company headquartered in Ireland.     We have an exciting opportunity for an Off-Trade Brand Developer to join our team in NI.  Reporting to the NI Off-Trade National Account Manager, this position will play a key role in the delivery of profitable volume for the Tennent’s NI product portfolio within an agreed geographical region.

    So, what's involved?

    • Responsibility for achievement of sales in retail outlets within your geographical region and achieving KPIs across the full product portfolio in Tennent’s NI both with current and potential customers.
    • Responsibility for building and maintaining relationships with accounts in your geographical area with a focus on Tennent’s NI brands including Cider, Beer and Wine to include capture of transfer orders for accounts, identifying gaps and securing new listings.
    • Manage and maintain successful customer relationships to deliver increased awareness, listings and visibility of Tennent’s NI brands.
    • Placement of in outlet point of sale and support materials and identifying opportunities to organise and activate in-outlet promotions.
    • Identifying opportunities to increase volume and margin sales for your customers, particularly in line with key events and Tennent’s NI objectives.

    What we’re looking for

    • Strong commercial acumen and experience of portfolio selling.
    • Demonstrated drive for results across key measurables, ability to work on own initiative and proactively effect change to improve territory performance.
    • Third level qualification in business or marketing or any other related subject.
    • Strong selling and negotiation skills.
    • Full and clean driving licence.
    • Experience desirable, but not essential in a service or sales type role.
    • Passionate to build a successful sales career is a must.
