About the role
As New Business Development Manager - Wholesale Scotland, you'll be working with the Customer Development Director to implement a strategy for sustainable growth and development of our own, agency, equity, and distribution brands within Scotland geography.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for development of account base, managing commercial relationships within a defined portfolio of wholesalers within On trade Scotland. You'll promote and sell both core and portfolio products to improve distribution, rate of sale and profit through professional sales techniques and the establishment of long term customer relationships.
You'll drive volume and distribution while achieving retention targets, for C&C Group ‘core’ brands, develop and implement account plans with each Wholesaler to support our own business strategy while taking into account the broader commercial context in which the customer operates in to ensure the best approach is taken for each customer.
You'll manage and monitor budget spend to ensure maximum profit return within account base, taking into account existing and potential financial return
