    About the role

    Working closely with the Head of Development, this role is required to design and deliver engaging and impactful learning solutions that enable our people to thrive in their careers.  Creating innovative and pragmatic blended solutions that lead to measurable and continuous business and individual performance improvement. This role will be responsible for implementing development initiatives across the business and having the opportunity to play an integral part of shaping the future success of the business.In this varied role, you will be working with the business to to identify commercially appropriate solutions for all aspects of Learning & Development.

    What you'll be doing

    You'll be responsible for management of the end-to-end learning cycle and the learning curriculum and leading on the design, delivery, and audit of new and existing L&D interventions. 

    You'll be partnering with stakeholders across the business, as well as the senior management team, to identify development needs and ensure the delivery of strategically aligned L&D solutions.

    You'll develop eLearning content with authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and communication tools e.g PageTiger.

    About you

    You'll have strong commercial acumen to interpret IM, negotiate with providers and manage the training budget and experience in coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills.

    You'll have knowledge of end-to-end, design and delivery of L&D programmes and experience of managing a learning budget and using software to develop online and eLearning content..
