    The Applications Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the availability of all key business applications in accordance with their service level agreements.   

    The Applications Support Specialist provides expertise in the areas of problem-solving application issues, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, identifying fixes and the documentation of standards and procedures for the administration and the maintenance of all supported environments.

    What you'll be doing

    You'll deliver a professional, customer focused and high performing support service in line with agreed service scope and service levels and ensure that standards, KPIs and SLAs across all supported applications are met.

    You'll participate in service reviews to ensure IT meets agreed service levels and all customers’ requirements, through for example, liaising with stakeholders, conducting customer satisfaction surveys and electronic monitoring. Identify potential improvements to the service provided.

    You'll ensure compliance with all departmental procedures and that any weaknesses are flagged and addressed in a timely manner.

    About you

    You'll have knowledge of the key C&C business applications and the business processes
    Experience in IT Application Support operations, first and second line.
    You'll be able to demonstrate a proven track record of collaboration with the users to deliver a first-class customer focused support service.
    You'll have experience of managing support calls, incidents, problems, root cause analysis and providing workarounds and solutions.
