    About the role 

    Do you have experience in commercial roles and get a buzz from working as part of a team? Do you have the ability to lead, influence and contribute to digital marketing strategy? If so, this opportunity could be the one for you! 

    We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead brand digital marketing communications for the C&C portfolio, delivering against individual brand, and overall business objectives. Key responsibilities include overseeing of all digital touchpoints, leading and developing in-house teams, and directing external agency relationships to ensure high performing digital delivery. 

    You will focus on the delivery and growth of the C&C portfolio across categories with a focus on building equity and brand health for future growth. 

    What you will be doing 

    You will play an integral part of the team responsible for digital strategy across brands within the C&C portfolio, delivering against annual objectives and long-term plans. You will support delivery of through-the-line integrated marketing campaigns. 

    Cultivating a balanced team internally and across the external agency landscape will be critical to ensure optimal delivery of brand campaigns. 

    You will support the development and delivery of brand story, personality, and tone of voice through digital communications, ensuring each brand is distinct, while acting as guardian for brand guidelines. 

    Collaboration with brand leads will be key to developing and delivering integrated plans with a view to short, medium and long-term growth, while overseeing reporting of activity vs commercial goals. 

    You will play a significant role in developing and implementing a culture of continuous improvement, and input into the development of a data-driven-marketing culture within C&C.

    About you 

    You will have a proven track record of delivering results in a strong consumer-led business with digital marketing experience essential, ideally within FMCG  

    You will have experience of managing multiple brands, campaigns, or clients within a diverse and/or complex portfolio, ensuring consistency in governance and integrity in process whilst encouraging creativity.  

    Any prior people management and leadership experience would be highly advantageous 

    You are a perfectionist, with an excellent eye for detail, coupled with exemplary communication skills across all audiences in addition to having confidence when selling ideas and concepts. 

     Preferred locations: Glasgow, London, Bristol
