About the role
C&C have a wide portfolio of owned beer and cider brands including Tennents, Menabrea, Magners & Orchard Pig.
You will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of the On Trade channel with our partner business BBG (Budweiser Group) on the C&C cider portfolio brands, as well as determining the cider portfolio strategy.
You will lead the annual customer plans for the C&C Cider portfolio brands across the On Trade, working collaboratively with our partners, insight teams and commercial colleagues.
You will manage and evaluate the core activities, providing recommendations to deliver against business objectives. You will also be involved in proposing and managing appropriate customer innovation opportunities within the portfolio.
What you'll be doing
You'll be working with Brand Leads, Insight Team, and Commercial colleagues to develop compelling customer and channel plans for C&C Cider brands in the On Trade.
You'll work with the Brand Director and Insight Team to deliver a C&C Cider portfolio strategy that is reflective of customer needs, brand positioning and distribution mapping to ensure C&C win across the portfolio.
You'll lead and support the sell-in of compelling brand plans to key customers, tailored to maximise opportunities by customer and channel. Building strong relationships across our partner business BBG to ensure best in class delivery with key customers.
You'll lead and develop direct reports, devising and following a talent development plan, creating a collaborative working culture and coaching team members to perform to the best of their ability.

About you
You'll have experience of working within Brand &/or Marketing teams, preferably in a drinks environment or within FMCG.
You'll have considerable experience developing integrated channel and customer plans and providing an evaluation of their effectiveness versus business objectives, experience of applying strategic marketing principles and consumer insights, to build category driving channel plans and experience of building range review/ customer tender documents that clearly demonstrate the role of the brand in the category.
