  • About the role

    We’re looking for a supply planning manager to play a key and integral role in the effective and efficient planning of supply in both the short-term scheduling and long-term supply planning horizon. You will effectively manage the Supply Planning team on a day-to-day basis to ensure the successful operation of the team, minimising cost, and maximising service.

    What you’ll be doing

    Ensuring supply plans deliver the agreed inventory targets, while reducing risk on excess stocks and where possible look for opportunities to reduce working capital while maintaining product availability.

    Reviewing the production plan which should be fixed on a 3 week rolling window to ensure production efficiency and to fully maximise capacity.

    Supporting the NPD process by undertaking feasibility of all new SKU’s proposed to run at Wellpark.  Reviewing capacity, phasing, MOQ’s and batch sizes and feedback any constraints.

    You’ll be part of the SKU delist process, work closely with the Demand Managers to minimise write off risks on finished goods and material inventory.

    Building and effectively managing relationships with the SLT regarding capacity, smoothing, constraints and opportunities.

    About you

    You have an minimum 3 years’ experience working in an FMCG Supply Chain environment, preferably within the Drinks Industry.

    You have the ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of End to End Supply Chain processes and interdependencies.

    You have experience of people management and ability to develop and influence your team.

    You are proactive in finding alternative solutions to overcome constraints.

    You have excellent communication skills and the ability to identify and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
