    The difference you will make

    Providing an excellent standard of firstā€line service to customers across the Island of Ireland.
    Helping customers each day by answering inbound calls to our contact centre
    Maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat & return business
    Resolution of customer queries at 1st point of contact

    What you will bring

    Exceptional listening & communication skills with the ability to show empathy in a customer situation
    Providing excellent Customer Service in a polite & timely manner
    Strong communication skills, problem solving & literacy skills
    Ability to work unsupervised and part of a team
    Positive & approachable manner
    High attention to detail and accurate data inputting & typing skills

    Would be also nice if you had

    A minimum of 6 months experience within a Customer Service Role
    Experience in Microsoft applications
    Educated to GCSE level or equivalent to include English & Maths
    Experience in using Order Capture/CRM or other Contact Centre software to capture customer details.
    Experience within the Drinks industry is advantageous, but not essential.
