About the role
C&C Group is looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to set the revenue growth management 5 year, 3 year and 1 year strategy for the business. You’ll research and analyse relevant categories and competitors to understand performance and drive decision-making.
You’ll recommend pack, price, promotional changes including launch of new packs and brands. By working with the Sales and Finance team, you’ll create a vision, set targets, budgets and forecasts, review performance and recommend corrective actions.
What you’ll be doing
Developing short term and long term plans to increase market share and Net Revenue per Litre.
Ensuring that the correct data and research is used to drive commercial decision-making.
Recommending packs for the right occasions to maximise share and margins.
Assessing best pricing for new packs and annual price increases including assessment of price elasticity
Recommending optimal distribution of high margin/high volume skus and store positioning.

You have a business or mathematics background with a Degree or equivalent qualification in the relevant subject.
You have previous experience revenue growth management experience in FMCG sector.
You have experience business partnering with sales team and finance team in the past.
You have strong commercial awareness and business understanding with interpersonal skills.
