What You'll Do
This is an opportunity to become a key part of our team by growing our business across a set geographical region. You'll be managing a team of Sales Account Managers, creating and implementing Personal Development Plans and making sure the team is achieving budgeted margins and revenue targets. You'll be leading by example, implementing agreed standards and ways of working. Work together to hit targets and your efforts won’t go unnoticed!

You'll be able to demonstrate experience leading / mentoring large field sales teams, along with experience delivering challenging budgets in challenging environments. You will have a WSET Advanced qualification as a minimum.
We're looking looking for someone who has a proven track record of developing and coaching skills, competencies and capabilities of mid-large sales teams and strong account management experience with the ability to influence others at all levels.
