    About the role

    The Business Change Manager is responsible for leading the business transformation workstream within an assigned project plan. Responsible for defining the approach and deliverables in line with the project aims. These deliverables should be aligned with timeframes, cost, quality, scope, benefits and risk performance goals as set out by the Programme Director.

    What you'll be doing

    You'll be responsible for creation of business transformation plan and associated communication and engagement activities for the assigned project using creative engagement techniques.

    You'll be managing resource within the project to achieve the deliverables of the business transformation plan and ensure that tasks are delivered to the assigned timeframes, thinking creatively to get the task done when under pressure.                                                       

    You'll be managing project tasks to completion successfully achieving the desired outcomes within set timeframes and cost, with the minimum of business risk.

    About you

    You'll have an understanding of project techniques, knowledge of quality management principles and processes, value chain and process efficiency. You'll have strong team management skills on delivery of task.
