About the role
As Experiential & Brand Campaign Manager you will primarily be responsible for C&C brand activity and campaigns within Badaboom. Planning and delivering activity to the standard that Badaboom are renowned for.
What you'll be doing
Ultimately you will be a central leader within Badaboom for the brands and clients you manage, driving best in class practices internally and for our brands. Your aim is to deliver innovative and impactful campaigns/activations for all clients whilst growing your own role in what is a very fast moving/growing business.
You'll be responsible for Client and Project Management with support of wider Experiential team consisting of Execs and Managers, budget creation and management across all working projects, monthly sales billings (with a keen eye on GP and set targets) – full financial reporting to company accountant and Senior Management Team and scheduling of works against brand and commercial KPI’s. You'll have accountability for management, deliver and success of intricate, often overlapping projects for several stakeholders.

About you
You'll have Agency or Brand team experience with proven record in delivering experiential/events based projects to successful completion and have FMCG exposure and experience, ideally in a drinks environment.
You'll be a skilled & conscious people leader with management level experience for 3+ years.
Being fully competent on Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook – Photoshop and Sketchup not essential but would be advantageous.
