  • About the role

    We’re looking for a devoted Master Data Process Improvement Analyst to collate and validate Master Data process documentation. You’ll identify and document undocumented processes. You’ll use existing tools such as Power Automate to improve the processes through automation.

    By developing and maintaining enquiries, you’ll support the work of the Master Data team. This role is fixed term contract with an end date of end of September. 

    What you’ll be doing

    Creating small project teams drawn from Master data and other departments to review processes.

    You’ll work with the project team to ensure accurate and complete process documentation. Also, agreeing with the project team the most appropriate tool(s) to make the process more efficient and transparent.

    Developing, testing and implementing the agreed new processes.

    You’ll document core data structures used by Master Data.

    Developing SQL programmes to interrogate the data to support the Master data team.

    About you

    You are able to capture requirements and represent them clearly.

    You have an understanding of structured databases.

    You have good SQL programming and excel skills.
