  • About the role

    Matthew Clark Bibendum is looking for a dynamic Events Executive to join our Marketing team. You will support the Events Manager to deliver all customer facing Matthew Clark, Bibendum and Tennent’s events from the initial design concept, right the way through to bringing the events to life on the day. The events range from small, intimate dinners for top customers to large scale wine tastings and trade shows. The right candidate with be a self-starter with a ‘can-do’ attitude and will possess excellent communication and time management skills to ensure events are delivered to the highest quality.

    What you'll be doing

    Supporting the execution of all Matthew Clark, Bibendum and Tennent’s customer events.
    You'll provide administrative support for all events – venue queries, site visits, RSVP management etc...
    Providing creative input into events – from deciding venues & catering, to event activity & themes, to range & collateral required
    Working with the Events Manager to oversee events on the day managing event set-up, communicating with staff, welcoming customers, and organising exhibitors
    Liaise with internal stakeholders to optimise attendance and ensure a successful event delivery

    About you

    You have a minimum of one year's experience in a similar role. 

    You have knowlegde and interest in the drinks industry
