About the role
The Inventory Administrator plays a key role in the team, with primary duties including: accurately tracking inventory data and solving discrepancy problems and answering any queries with confidence. Alongside analysing and providing management with accurate data in order to make informed decisions, this role ensures that records of inventory levels are maintained and supplier compliance to bonded warehouse/ C&C standards are high.
What you'll do
Stock receipt governance/compliance to PO’s
Arc raising
Arc compliance
Returns verification & process monitoring
In-house contact for stakeholder inventory queries
Completion of inventory checks & queries
Monitor proactively at-risk stock, enabling in-time action to prevent provision or write off

About you
You have a background in Stock Control, supply chain and/or operations.
You have the ability to remain organised & focused while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
You are confident and clear communication style, with good organisation, problem solving & coordination abilities.
You are results focused, with good analytical skills.
