    About the role

    Do you have a passion for beer? Do you have experience in commercial marketing and get a buzz from working as part of a team? If so, then this Brand Manager role could be the one for you.

    C&C Group is looking for an influential Brand Manager to join the team! You’ll develop an assigned group of key brands within the prioritised C&C Beer & Cider portfolio. Constructing, executing and evaluating annual brand plans. By using your excellent creative judgement, you’ll be providing creative input and clear brand strategy for optimal application of the Group’s brands’ resources across the marketing mix.

    You’ll be reporting into the Head of Premium Brands, the role will focus on analytically utilising all available brand and consumer insight to fully inform campaign and sales channel strategy and track brand health and performance. You’ll also work closely and in an agile way with the brand team to deliver impactful brand marketing campaigns that deliver results to agreed KPIs.

    Role Responsibilities

    You’ll work with Head of Premium Brands to ensure a clear brand strategy is in place for the brands and that this can be easily communicated to and understood by all direct and intermediary sales staff.

    You’ll be managing the development and delivery of product/packaging and all brand materials, maximising visibility and impact across all sales channels and routes to market.

    By working with Customer Marketing team, you’ll support the sell-in of compelling brand plans to key customers, tailored as necessary to maximise opportunities by customer.

    You’ll plan resource deployment across markets and marketing channels to support, develop and grow set targets for those brands.

    You’ll be ensuring that strategy is modelled to deliver financial return which meets or exceeds targets as agreed with Business Unit Leaders.

    About you

    You are passionate about consumers with an entrepreneurial, challenger mindset.

    You have experience in commercial brand management – licensed trade and/or spirit marketing beneficial.

    You have significant experience of developing integrated brand communication programmes, including PR, digital, design, advertising and media.

    You are a highly commercial marketer, comfortable in managing multiple brands to P&L level.
